Dinosaur Coloring PageDigging for Fossils in Sand

Two children kneel beside a sandy excavation pit, uncovering dinosaur bones with a small brush and a trowel near a wooden crate holding extra tools. The large ground patch and kids clothing accommodate standard markers, whereas the tiny rib bones and sharp teeth require a sharp colored pencil. Color the sand tan, the bones off-white, and the children in bright blue and red shirts. Display the finished coloring sheet on a science center bulletin board during a paleontology unit.
