Your content

You own the coloring pages you create and are responsible for the prompts you submit. Don’t create infringing, unlawful, or harmful content.

Credits & payments

Generation uses credits. Purchases of credits, PDFs, and printed books are billed through our payment provider. Printed books are produced on demand.

Custom coloring books (pay first, then build)

When you buy a custom coloring book at /custom-coloring-book you pay once, up front, for the printed book, the free picture tries and cover tries that come with it, and the shipping option you chose. You then make the pictures and send the book to print whenever you’re ready; there is nothing more to pay. The delivery country is fixed when you pay. Free tries can only be used in that book. Bonus tries and any tries you buy are added to your account and can’t be refunded.

Refunds: you can ask for a refund within 90 days of paying, as long as the book hasn’t been sent to print. If you haven’t drawn any pictures yet, we refund the full amount; once any tries have been used, we refund 50%. Ask from your order in My account, or email us. Nothing is refunded automatically, and there are no refunds after 90 days. Your book stays saved so you can finish it later. Once a book has been sent to print it is made just for you, so it can’t be cancelled — if it arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us and we’ll put it right.

We provide the service “as is” and may update or change features. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.
