A smiling young cave boy wearing a simple tunic and a feathered headband rides on the back of a friendly stegosaurus holding rope reins. Wide body areas and large back plates offer broad spaces for soft pastel crayons. Try shading the prehistoric beast in forest green and paint the rider in earthy tan tones. Glue the completed dinosaur onto dark construction paper to create a prehistoric diorama.
