An older veteran wearing a cap stands beside a young child, and both raise their hands to salute an American flag flying from a tall pole. Broad trouser legs and shirt panels welcome sweeping marker strokes, whereas coloring the tiny stars demands a pointed colored pencil. Shade the uniform in olive green and color alternating flag stripes with bright red. Cut out the finished rectangular outline to create a greeting card for Veterans Day.
Did you spot the belt buckle on the veteran?
