An intricate geometric star rests in the middle, radiating sharp rays, flickering flames, and smaller twinkling stars throughout the circular composition. Soft markers easily glide over the long background beams, but the tiny diamond facets near the core require a pointed colored pencil. Jewel tones such as ruby red, emerald green, and sapphire blue give the design a stained glass effect. Cut out the finished medallion to use as a sparkling holiday tree ornament.
