A friendly sock puppet displays four-hole button eyes, rounded ears, a curved nose, and a wide open mouth. Large white spaces over the puppet body accept thick markers easily, whereas the tiny button threads require a sharp colored pencil. Color the sock fabric light green and the button eyes dark brown. Cut out the finished puppet to use as a prop during a dramatic play session.
