A friendly dragon and two young girls share a picnic on a checkered blanket atop a stone castle roof, surrounded by plates of fruit, a pie, and a pitcher. Broad dragon wings and large blanket squares welcome standard markers, but the tiny cookie crumbs and small apple stems require a sharp colored pencil. Color the dragon emerald green, give the girls bright dresses, and paint the stone wall a soft gray. Use the finished royal artwork to inspire an imaginative castle adventure story.
