A friendly scaled dragon rests inside a rocky cavern while guarding a giant mound filled with round gold coins, faceted diamonds, and royal crowns. Younger colorists enjoy filling in the broad dragon wings and smooth cave walls with heavy wax crayons, but the tiny glittering jewels and stacked coins demand a sharpened colored pencil. Mint green scales and ruby red gems look wonderful together. Children can cut out the finished creature to use as a whimsical bookmark for a favorite fantasy book.
