A princess with extremely long hair leans out of a castle window to wave down at a knight sitting on a horse below. Soft felt markers fill the broad stone tower walls comfortably, leaving the thin strands of flowing hair and tiny brick outlines for a sharp colored pencil. Color the arched window frame in gray, the cascading hair in bright yellow, and the knight tunic in bold blue. Use the finished fairy tale illustration to tell an imaginative bedtime adventure story.
