A smiling elf wearing a striped cap blows a shiny trumpet standing between a decorated Christmas tree and a small drum. Broad sections of the evergreen boughs invite bold strokes from markers, whereas the miniature trumpet valves call for a sharp colored pencil tip. Try filling the elf uniform with bright crimson and emerald green alongside a golden yellow instrument. Young artists can fold the colored paper in half to create a custom greeting card for family members.
Did you spot the star on top of the Christmas tree?
