Several children ice skate on a circular rink surrounding a large decorated tree featuring candy canes and ornaments in a city plaza with tall buildings in the background. Broad areas of the snowy ground and ice accommodate soft pastels, whereas the tiny star shapes and intricate window frames require a sharp colored pencil. Deep green for pine boughs and bright red for candy canes complete the scene. Cut out the colored scene to use as a festive winter decoration.
