Easy Pine Cone Coloring PageDetailed With Fallen Leaves

A plump pine cone rests upright on the earth between two flat fallen leaves, one shaped with rounded lobes and the other featuring sharp points. Soft wax crayons glide smoothly across the wide central scales, whereas the delicate leaf veins call for a pointed colored pencil. Shade the scaly cone in rich browns and color the flanking leaves in warm gold and amber tones. Cut out the finished shapes to arrange on a nature table for a science lesson about autumn trees.
