A cheerful puppy sits upright on a curved line representing the ground, wearing a simple collar with a round tag and sporting floppy ears. Young children color the wide torso and large face using soft markers, though the small collar ring and narrow tail tip need careful attention from a sharpened colored pencil. Golden yellow works nicely for the fur, combined with a bright red collar and silver tag. Cut out the finished puppy to use as a pet puppet for an indoor storytelling game.
