A circular medal hangs from a folded ribbon, framing a central star marked with the number one and bordered by two curved olive branches. Little children can easily shade the wide ribbon loops using large wax crayons, though the tiny leaves demand a careful touch with a pointed pencil. Golden yellow suits the metal disc, bright red fills the ribbon, and fresh green highlights the leaves. Cut out the finished award to present during a backyard sports day ceremony.
