A cheerful baby dragon sits upright with a smiling face, tiny pointed wings, and a row of triangular spikes running down its back and tail. Broad bellies and thick legs invite quick pastel chalks, but the small wing membranes require a pointed colored pencil. Paint the scales in bright emerald green and color the underbelly a soft cream shade. Cut out the finished creature to use as a puppet for a fantasy adventure play.
Did you spot the small horn on the top of the dragon head?
