A dachshund sleeps curled on a patterned cushion, surrounded by a border of daisies, tulips, and scattered leaves. Colored pencils fit the tiny flower centers and intricate cushion details, whereas the large body and cushion background take soft markers quickly. Try warm brown for the sleeping hound and bright yellow for the daisy petals. Cut out the finished dog artwork to create a handmade greeting card for a veterinarian.
