Snowy peaks rise above a downhill skier and a bighorn sheep standing on a rocky ledge. Broad areas across the state boundary accept bold markers easily, but tiny petals on the columbine flowers call for a sharp colored pencil. Color the towering mountains in gray and white, the state flowers in shades of purple, and the banner in bright yellow. Cut out the completed state shape to make a fun puzzle for geography practice.
