An alien family sits around an open picnic hamper filled with fruit on a blanket atop a cratered planet with a large ringed world looming in the background. Soft wax crayons quickly cover the large planetary body and plain suits, while tiny stars and small pears demand a sharp colored pencil. Shade the big planet in dusty purple and the alien figures in bright green. Use the finished drawing to inspire an original science fiction story about space exploration.
