An ornate elephant stands proudly while wearing an elaborate blanket, hanging tassels, a flower garland, and a decorative cap. Broad body areas accept pastel shades easily, although the tiny floral petals and delicate tassels demand careful pressure from a sharpened colored pencil. Color the blanket in bright jewel tones like magenta and gold, and paint the flower garland in vibrant shades of pink and white. Cut out the finished elephant artwork to use as a festival decoration for an international culture celebration.
